Dale Moon

A lifelong Houston-area resident, Dale Moon spent 19 years in law enforcement before founding Moon Insurance Agency in 1985 in Clear Lake. Four decades on, the agency still serves the Houston area and clients across Texas — now including a dedicated desk for senior life insurance.
Most recently, Dale served as President of the Professional Insurance Agents of Texas. He’s known for plain-spoken advice, personalized service, and dependable follow-through — answering his own phone, quoting fast, and never pressuring anyone into coverage they don’t need.
On the senior life side, Dale works with guaranteed acceptance whole life only: coverage for ages 50–85 with no health questions and no medical exam. As an independent agent he represents multiple A-rated carriers, which means he can compare them against each other and hand you the best number — something a single-carrier salesperson simply can’t do.
If you’re healthy enough to qualify for cheaper coverage elsewhere, he’ll tell you that too. Ask him.
